Your Purchase Terms
**This policy covers all rules and regulations all customers must follow when purchasing from our website.**
*ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL*
· Business Days DO NOT include holidays or weekends.
· Always allow one day for processing after a holiday or sale.
· Processing time for units is 1 business days after unit is paid for.
· We do not ship any products on Saturdays and Sundays
· Questions regarding orders must be directed to mzhairdazellc@gmail.com, or through the chat box. Please include name, order number.
· INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: If a package is returned to MzHairDazeLLC or USPS due to incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for the delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Shipping payments made to USPS are nonrefundable once the package is scanned/sent out.
· Here at MzHairdazeLLC we dearly appreciate your support. If a package is to the wrong address or packages that are marked as stolen, missing or damaged, you must file a claim/ make a report to the carrier i.e (USPS).
*All product sales are final*
· MZHairDazeLLC reserves the right to cancel and/or refund.
· All products must be stored at room temperature. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the product in accordance with the advised conditions. DO NOT order products if you are experiencing extreme temperatures. MzHairDaze LLC will not be responsible for products freezing.
· MzHairDazeLLC will not be responsible for any stolen parcels or lost items. Ownership of the package is transferred to the shipping carrier once MzHairDazeLLC delivers it to the carrier.
· If customers refuses the package or package is abandoned, they will forfeit their package. MzHairDaze LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders.
· If changes need to be made to any order, they must be made before package is scheduled to be shipped out. Once item is shipped, changes cannot be made.
· In the event that an order is “returned to sender” we are not obligated to resend items back out.
